DINO INSURANCE
Open a support ticket to set up your dino insurance after purchasing. Read the below rules.
1. Dinos must be alive at the time you purchase dino insurance. We will not recover dinos that died before insurance was purchased.
2. In order to put insurance on a dino it must have a unique name, and you must also have a screenshot of the dino ID #.
(You can find the ID if you open the dino's inventory and go to ancestry.)
3. If you add new paragons to an omega dino you must soulball it and place it into a terminal for around 15 minutes so that the
data on said dino is updated. We will not replace lost paragons.
4. You must place a claim ticket immediately if the insured dino dies or we may not be able to retrieve it. If you leave for an extended
period of time your dino may not show up on more popular servers. If this happens and we are unable to bring your dino back we
can spawn in and tame a similar dino for you, or you may transfer the insurance to another dino.
5. Each purchase only covers a set amount of dinos.
6. Your insurance for your dino will not expire until you have used the claim. In the event that we have a wipe the insurance will not
cover that dino, but once the maps are back up you may choose a new dino for the insurance ( We do not plan to wipe).
7. If you file a dino insurance claim and your dino is retrieved you must throw out said dino, then soul ball it and place it in the terminal
for around 15 minutes to update the dino
[1 and Done]
This insurance claim protects one and only one dino.
Once that dino is killed, simply make a ticket requesting it back.
Once that is done, this protection is removed.
If you would like another, please re-purchase.

[Make it a Double]
This insurance claim protects up to 2 separate dinos for a [1 and Done] policy...OR you can protect a single dino TWICE.
Your choice! Simply open up a ticket requesting one/both of them back if they die.
Like the [1 and Done] policy, once these are used, they are lost. Please re-purchase them to get these perks again.

This one allows you to protect up to 3 of your awesome tames from death using the [1 and Done] policy, otherwise, you can protect one of your dinos THREE times. (talk about being pampered)

Invincible Base Rules
Covers 50x50x45
It cannot be used for a boss fight arena and you are not allowed to summon bosses at your main base while having the protection.
Does not protect Dinos in any way, shape, form, or fashion. Only protects the structures from being damaged, and that includes the
tek shield as long as it's in the radius of the protection we place for you.
Players can still pick up and demolish their structures but they cannot do it with the s+ gun unless we pick up the protection first
Clarification of how this works: Once the item is placed down it is only accessible to admins. Players will not see or be able to interact with this item in any way.
